Requirements

  • 5+ years as a project manager or producer in an agency, creative studio or other fast-paced creative environment
  • Detail-oriented: You live to organize, obsess over details, troubleshoot for fun, problem solve as a habit, rally a team with your love of beating deadlines and exceeding expectations
  • Flexibility: You can roll with the pivots, recalibrate when a budget changes, reprioritize as new projects enter the pipeline, set expectations in the face of scope creep
  • Expertise: Proven history of spearheading projects with multiple stages and tight deadlines
  • People skills: You’ll be liaising with stakeholders and creatives across the organization
  • Software: Asana, Brandfolder; Hubspot, Squarespace, Splash familiarity; Proficient in G-Suite

Responsibilities

  • Handle cross-dept. communication for digital, social, sales, event, and print deliverables while driving all steps of the creative life cycle
  • Keep projects on timeline with clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, collecting feedback, and taking diligent meeting notes
  • Assess, recommend and implement strategies for increased production and workflow and process improvements/efficiencies
  • Build workback timelines and communicate status updates/potential roadblocks to the stakeholders involved to keep projects on track
  • Liaise with internal Kargo teams to connect workflows, communicate updates regarding day-to-day projects, and gather information relevant to assess project details
  • Liaise with vendors to source & produce a variety of company & client swag
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the goals of any project and the ideas behind the work to stakeholders and your manager
  • Manage the daily workflow via Asana, maintain assets on Brandfolder
  • Bring your best practices from prior roles to this one–there’s always a new platform, a new process that we’re open to trying if it optimizes workflow
