Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful, but not required
  • Adept at multitasking

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Work with the Head of Brand & Creative and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare timing based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track projects to meet timelines and prevent scope creep
  • Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage outside vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Manages digital projects for Westgate Resorts of varying levels of effort
  • Handle ad-hoc projects related to digital functionality, process management & optimization, training, and the like
  • Learn industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful, but not required
