Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful, but not required
- Adept at multitasking
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Work with the Head of Brand & Creative and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare timing based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Track projects to meet timelines and prevent scope creep
- Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage outside vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Manages digital projects for Westgate Resorts of varying levels of effort
- Handle ad-hoc projects related to digital functionality, process management & optimization, training, and the like
- Learn industry trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
- Some familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful, but not required
