Requirements

• Managing all phases of projects through the Product Development process.
• Defining key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress.
• Negotiating with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources.
• Performing data analysis relevant to project tasks.
• Requesting resource demand and review resource & budget allocation for projects.
• Scheduling and facilitate project review meetings for the purpose of updating status.
• Escalating complex issues and decisions to senior-level PMO colleagues.
• Maintaining ownership of and accountability for the project schedule.
• Effectively communicate project status — including schedule variances and mitigation options.
• Identifying and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and ensuring project governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team by overseeing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate efforts across teams to drive project execution, leveraging industry-leading technology and top engineering resources.
• Project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product/solution development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and more.
