Requirements
- Degree or advanced degree in engineering
- More than 10 years of project engineering experience with CAPEX projects above $5.0 MM
- In-depth knowledge of equipment suppliers’ capabilities
- Familiarity with management system implementation and assessment
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and schedules for projects
- Drive improvement through understanding of equipment and systems
- Identify opportunities and implement changes to reduce manufacturing costs
- Manage teams developing complex engineering designs, material and energy balances, process flow diagrams, preliminary P&IDs, and advanced process control strategies
- Ensure processes and procedures comply with internal programs and external requirements
