Requirements

  • 4-5 years’ experience required: Prior corporate and global project management experience required, with a Loyalty focus, with 3+ years managing projects.
  • Demonstrates a deep level of expertise in Technical Project Management process and tools, inclusive of JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet. Planview a plus.
  • Experience in loyalty project/program management, preferably in retail and/or Fast-food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams with light direction.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and basic loyalty concepts.
  • Experience working with a 3rd party loyalty vendors/systems.
  • Experience with software methodology development processes (i.e. ADLC, SDLC, Lean).
  • Ability to create presentations.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.
  • Ability to solve very complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations.
  • Strong understanding of a variety of technology solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; Agile Certifications preferred (e.g. PSM, CSM, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans, roadmaps and execution to achieve the project goal under various methods(i.e Agile, Waterfall, etc)
  • Manage project changes using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project on track.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all partners.
  • Align partners and team members by ensuring a common understanding of expectations for the project.
  • Work to implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks.
  • Document high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints using historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
  • Leverage knowledge of and experience with the following:
  • Leverage shared services on delivery model.
  • Support or ensure the standardization of processes for implementing projects across all clients, in accordance with standard processes related to the SDLC and ADLC.
  • Complete short term strategy for function.
  • Solve difficult problems impacting a project; identify ways to improve current customer needs.
  • Accountable for managing projects using various development methods (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc) with moderate risk and directs activities of the project teams.
  • Implements necessary charters, templates, tools and associated PMO artifacts depending on the project.

Preferred Qualifications
