Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in our Overland Park, KS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years project management experience
  • PMP certification
  • Demonstrate mastery of project management principles; adapt practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience facilitating change management and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage progress, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Serve as primary project lead, coordinating communication and governance from planning through completion and stakeholder acceptance
  • Direct cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on methodology and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Establish and maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support decision-making
  • Integrate and champion digital automation tools and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity
  • Foster collaboration across departments while coordinating project activities, information flow, and resource utilization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption
