Project Manager – Strategy

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required
• A master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a quantitative discipline will be given preference
• Minimum 3 years of experience required in project management and data analysis with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results
• Experience in healthcare process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience, process reengineering, organizational design, and/or change management experience preferred
• Business consulting experience with a major firm is strongly preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management and key leaders to identify requirements supporting strategic initiatives and special projects
• Plan, manage, and implement highly visible projects that will improve enterprise infrastructure and promote service integration of AltaMed’s clinic services
• Support the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout AltaMed, including the clinical sites, to improve patient health outcomes and business results.

Preferred Qualifications
