Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience in a technical or operations-heavy environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business financial analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (graduate-level education or equivalent experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and comfort with Excel and productivity tools.
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and lead through influence.
  • Project Management Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business and IT leaders to initiate, plan, and deliver strategic projects and programs.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed budgets, roadmaps, schedules, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Leading vendor engagement across onboarding, contract lifecycle, renewals, and legal coordination.
  • Serving as a key liaison between Technology & Innovation and departments such as Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with financial goals—including proper capitalization under GAAP.
  • Reporting on project and program performance through clear, actionable executive communications.
  • Championing process improvement and standardization across the T&I organization.
  • Supporting special initiatives and confidential projects at the executive level.
