Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the global sales coverage support program by managing the vendor relationship, acting as the primary point of contact, and delivering regular program status updates to sales leadership.
  • Engage with sales managers to gather feedback, understand program effectiveness from a seller standpoint, and use feedback to identify program improvement areas.
  • Be a strategic thinker by proactively identifying opportunities to make program improvement, regularly collaborating with the vendor management team, sales teams, and IT to execute these initiatives effectively, and standardize program processes and performance globally.
  • Design and develop initiatives that align with the priorities and goals of Pinterest sales leaders by defining key milestones and assessing potential trade-offs.
  • Utilize program success metrics and data analytics to glean insights and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with vendor counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and accountability in delivering improvement workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Pinterest sales leaders and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, IT) to ensure the program’s alignment with organizational objectives. Drive progress on transformative improvement initiatives.
  • Spearhead the exploration and potential global expansion of the program, strategizing its growth and evolution.
  • Actively participate in regular business review meetings (WBR/MBRs/QBRs), offering valuable feedback and insights to drive program success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vendor management experience preferred.
