Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of managing large projects in a global organization.
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in building high-performing teams through effective recruitment and professional development
- Comfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrix organization across diverse, global teams
- Experience in relationship management, across both relationship development, maintenance, and ability to understand internal political influence
- Excellent customer service and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environment
- Significant experience and skill presenting in front of C-suite/executive level clients through written and verbal channels
Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership to a team of project directors and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop new opportunities to deliver savings and successful outcomes to internal customers.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with best practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, understanding business challenges and collaborating to develop and implement solutions, ensuring our services delight our customers.
- Provide leadership to multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
