Requirements
- BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience
- 3-4 years supply chain/operations experience preferred
- Experience in Stanley Black & Decker operating systems preferred (Business Warehouse, JDA, SAP, Event Manager)
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and able to successfully manage and communicate risk on a project
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels to get results
Responsibilities
- Manage value-added promotional executions, reworks (kitting, placarding, unit pack assembly), and store resets across all channels
- Work directly with Supply, Demand, Sales Ops, Channel, Packaging Engineering, Finance, Distribution centers and External Suppliers daily
- Collaborate with Packaging Engineering, 3rd Party Material Suppliers and Product Management teams
- Partner with Supply, Domestic and International Transportation teams
- Drive drop dead dates for critical deliverables and ensure project milestones are met on time
- Prioritize projects across multiple customers
- Manage Promotional Tracker and other key data analytics for promotional project tracking
- Maintain and communicate build completion and on-time shipments
- Focus on change management, develop process improvement and cost savings
- Identify and institute best practices while supporting increased service level performance & customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
