Property/Asset Management Analyst

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 0 years of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/Commercial) administration. We will also consider 6 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS relative to property administration.
Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/Commercial) administration; or 1 year of relevant experience with a PHD. We will also consider 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
