Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Seeking a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Residential Property Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft applications
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
- Unrestricted work authorization
- Geographic flexibility
Responsibilities
- Welcoming current and prospective residents to the community
- Facilitating the move-in/move-out process
- Assisting with coordination of resident events
- Performing administrative duties
- Working on special projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership qualities (preferred)
