Provider Sourcing Recruiter

Prior sales prospecting or provider recruiting experience is required with evidence of proven success getting through ‘gatekeepers.’
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
Ability to be persuasive, persistent, and patient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to follow up
Good time-management and organization skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Proven experience building and cultivating relationships with prospective candidates
Develop prospects into candidates
Continues to develop creative strategies for sourcing options

Proactively source physician and mid-level candidates through on-line job boards, competitor websites, cold calling/texting, direct mail, state/national medical organizations and ATS database mining
Review CV to pre-screen and identify candidates
Collaborate with Provider Recruiting leadership to identify each position’s requirements
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
Engage active and past candidates to understand their motivations for new job opportunities
Develop a pipeline of Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Physician assistant candidates
Facilitate and grow our residency/fellowship outreach program
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
