Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering degree with 2+ years of experience. Or an advanced degree in Engineering
- Off shift support required when at test
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- 10% Travel
Responsibilities
- Perform engine model & test data analysis, including:
- Data reduction
- Component and system performance evaluation
- Basic NPSS model updates
- Evaluate compliance to performance and stability requirements
- Work collaboratively with CIPTs and customers
- Prepare and present results to EDSIT and SIPT
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
- Knowledge of cycle analysis, engine matching/performance, operability and/or test analysis integration
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Experience with Unigraph, NPSS, Matlab, and Python
- Active Security Clearance
