Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2 years of related work experience
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• FINRA Series 63, 52

Responsibilities

• Works closely with group team members during deal financing transactions
• Performs assigned duties with increased independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
• Prepare models that are used to compare financing options for clients/potential clients
• Assist the business development efforts of the transaction team by coordination deal solicitation materials

Preferred Qualifications
