Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a related field
  • Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload and maintain a highly organized work environment
  • Strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Source, order placement and follow up
  • Managing promotional stock inventory and processing tickets
  • Managing awards stores (Invoicing)
  • Activating Flynn Rewards cards
  • Processing stock transfers
  • Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing
  • ERP Data Entry
  • Data sorting and processing
  • Compiling reports to meet prescribed deadlines
  • Other administrative duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
