Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working in a related field
- Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment, with strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritize workload and maintain a highly organized work environment
- Strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Source, order placement and follow up
- Managing promotional stock inventory and processing tickets
- Managing awards stores (Invoicing)
- Activating Flynn Rewards cards
- Processing stock transfers
- Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing
- ERP Data Entry
- Data sorting and processing
- Compiling reports to meet prescribed deadlines
- Other administrative duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
