Requirements
- 5-10 Years testing Experience with exposure to Real Time Trading Systems.
- Good understanding of Interest Derivatives Markets is a must
- Knowledge of FIX protocol and messaging API.
- Hands on experience in testing Fixed Income Trading Systems.
- Good understanding of Test Life Cycle and SDLC.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodologies
- Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong communications skills with a demonstrable ability to interact and influence at all levels within the organization as well as with clients
- Demonstrable experience of managing, owning and delivering high quality projects to objectives and within time scales
- Good working knowledge of application integration and testing
- Extensive knowledge and experience on supporting fixed income products including Interest Rate Swap, US Equities, MBS and US Treasuries.
Responsibilities
- Write test scenarios and test scripts based upon Product specification documents and business user interactions as well as create test scenarios based on understanding of systems in order to Integration testing, regression test, new functionality and stress/performance conditions
- Use automated test tools to validate Market Data Feed.
- Build test repository and document all test cases
- Document test progress and incident tracking
- Perform Functional testing of Electronic Trading, Pricing and Analytic Systems
- Execute test cases and execution suites
- Track issues found during SIT and throughout QA lifecycle
- Use database scripts to execute and validate market data.
- Setup test environment and configuration files to perform integration testing.
