Requirements
- 7+ years in software testing or QA
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in high-growth, agile environments
- Proficiency with Cypress
- Proficiency with Docker
- Proficiency with Bitbucket pipelines
- Proficiency with K8s
- Proficiency with AWS CodeDeploy
- Proficiency with Postman
- Proficiency with WireMock
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud environments
- Familiarity with shift-left testing practices

Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a QA team of 5-10
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leads, Product Managers, and senior leadership
- Develop and implement adaptive QA processes
- Champion best practices for manual and automated testing
- Lead the automation strategy
- Establish QA practices that align with regulatory standards
