Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software QA testing with at least 2 years in test automation using Selenium.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and experience testing Salesforce apps (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
- Solid experience with test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with tools like TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, or similar.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in Java, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and other testing tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, log, and track bugs through to resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and test data sets.
- Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and prepare quality metrics and reports.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and automation coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Provar, UFT, Katalon).
- Familiarity with Salesforce test automation best practices.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce App Builder or Admin) is a plus.
