Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Quality Assurance tester or similar role.
- Experience with API and Angular UI testing.
- Experience producing defect report.
- Experience with test automation framework.
- Strong time management and organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Knowledge of technology testing methods and procedures.
- Knowledge in Quality Assurance software and tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive automated and manual functional testing based on analysis and understanding of the requirement and deployment environment.
- Participate in daily standup, sprint planning.
- Provide estimates for QA work to include test scenario design/review, test case design and automation, test execution, and defect remediation.
- Participate in writing and maintaining test automation, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Help establish automation best practices and drives adoption.
- Identify defects and tracks to closure including root cause and resolution.
- Participate in conducting peer reviews of test artifacts.
- Perform and maintain regression testing.
- Devise improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
- Maintain and develop business knowledge and customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL queries, basic programming and scripting preferred.
- Insurance background and knowledge of rating and policy coverage and endorsements big plus.
