Requirements
- Good written and verbal skills are required.
- QAR must be detail oriented to the requirements of our Quality Management System.
- Must have rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work with a diversified work force required.
- Ability to effectively interact with Plant Operations Supervisors and Managers required.
Responsibilities
- Document and data control oversight in Plant, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions and their follow-ups, oversight of quality records held in Plant, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.
- Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.
- QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant training; QAR will act as trainer on quality department documents.
- Responsible to ensure proper records are maintained for gages, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASQ certification
- 3 years Quality Assurance/Control experience
- Experience or training in ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standards
