Requirements
- Engineering BS Degree
- Active Secret clearance
- 15+ years of experience working in a DoD environment
- Demonstrates mastery of ISO9001 application in small, medium, and large business environments
- Develops and briefs quality engineering data (ex: Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) scoring data) to internal and/or external stakeholders
- Demonstrates technical understanding and execution of product line validations for products up to the major sub-assembly level
- Participates in validating first article inspections and first article test procedures
- Implements program-level product assurance plans across multiple prime contractors and contracts
- Implements Failure Reporting, Analysis, & Corrective Action System (FRACAS) data into actionable plans for corrective action for fielded products

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience working with a technical system – transitioning from conceptualization to fielding
- 10+ years of missile defense experience and mobile ground systems
- Experience working on the Patriot Air and Missile Defense program
- Experience with material sourcing and value chain scoring metrics
- Comfortable speaking across organizations, coordinating with multiple engineering and logistics disciplines to develop a whole picture concept of the program value chain
