Requirements
- Mechanical inspection experience using basic and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
- Familiarity with common workplace software (Microsoft Office)
- Independent problem solver who desires to learn new skills and technology.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced start-up setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor part/process quality and implement and sustain countermeasures.
- Work cross-functionally to establish and sustain robust processes and procedures, which ensure consistent high quality.
- Co-ordinate and conduct various qualifications and validation tests.
- Verify and audit incoming, in-process, and outgoing material as per CelLink and customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate containment, sorting, and MRB activities as needed.
- Support and participate in Quality System Development activities, New Product Launches, and Continuous Improvement.
- Train operators/inspectors regarding quality, inspection, and rework.
- Develop supplier quality monitoring systems.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
