Requirements
- Two years or relevant experience in Quality Assurance and/or Manufacturing or Engineering. Associate’s degree in relevant field and or work experience in leu of degree.
- Direct experience and knowledge of how to solve problems at their root, specifically as is related to quality.
- Knowledge of various plant processes in order to identify the causes of problems with product quality as well as potential concerns during product launches.
- Knowledge of metrology measurement tools and software including CAD software and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety and quality requirements.
- Provide on the ground support for investigating quality issues, escalating problems when needed and recommendations for improvements.
- Manage safety/quality standards of the Quality Lab and its contents.
- Manage lab inventory and supplies.
- Conduct lab material testing using lab testing equipment.
- Use of metrology measurement tools and software under the supervision of Supplier Quality Engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Demonstrated drive for continuous learning and development.
- Previous experience with metrology measurement tools and lab testing equipment.
