Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Eight (8) or more years’ experience leading quality monitoring and evaluation
- Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program
- Ability to obtain public trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead internal quality monitoring process
- Evaluate the performance of automated processes in production
- Coordinate with client on quality concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the business process and network engineers to ensure quality is maintained as systems are digitized
Preferred Qualifications
- An active public trust clearance
- PMP Certification
- Experience working with federal agency(s)
