Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree.
- Previous years of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or NAMQSR deployment, execution, or sustainment experience.
- Strong communication & visualization skills.
- Ability to create and execute strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949, or NAMQSR and their application to automotive manufacturing.
- Technical problem-solving ability (PDCA, RC/CM, TBP).
Responsibilities
- Support/Set strategic direction to ensure our in-house processes meet all design/process control specifications to ensure TBMNC’s product exceeds our customer’s expectations.
- Support creation and execution quality hoshin to support achievement of company KPIs.
- Lead creation, standardization, execution, and sustainment of quality management systems (ISO/IATF, 3 Pillar, etc.).
- Visualize and report status of development, audit results, status of activities, etc. to upper management to review overall TBMNC QMS.
- Collaborate closely with other groups to promote strong kaizen culture to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Preferred Qualifications
- Battery Manufacturing experience.
- ISO 9001 Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor.
- 3 Pillar Assessor Certification.
- Cross-functional work experience (Quality, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance).
- Cross-functional collaboration (UTC, SOAR, etc.).
- 3 Pillar management/execution experience.
- NAMQSR or ISO deployment, execution, or sustainment experience.
