Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with User Research (can be in addition to other experiences, but length of time in a research role is a hard requirement)
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX Research (including prioritizing, planning, executing, and translating research into insights), spanning everything from high-level, strategic topics to tactical usability testing
- Define and lead cross-functional workshops to brainstorm, align or share insights
- Own and evolve research programs, which may include metrics, experimentation, and/or foundational research programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Quantitative experience, and / or background in statistics
- Minimum 1 year of experience conducting research with B2B or enterprise tools, and ability to ramp up quickly in a deeply technical and complicated product
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s
