Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Product Development, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
  • Strong creative mindset with a proven ability to ideate and conceptualize new products and solutions.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must to efficiently manage documentation, schedules, and project details.
  • Familiarity with patent processes and the ability to work closely with the legal team is advantageous.
  • Possess analytical skills to evaluate the feasibility and market potential of new product ideas.
  • Have a meticulous approach to organizing and maintaining documents is vital for this role.
  • Proven experience in project management, including creating plans, and schedules, and coordinating meetings and visits with manufacturers.
  • An understanding of marketing principles and the ability to work with in-house creatives on product packaging and collateral materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assume the administrative role of the Product Development department, ensuring smooth operations and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, researching and applying innovations to diffuser machines and related products.
  • Administer the eQMS and provide support for PLM.
  • Oversee product A/B testing to ensure accurate results.
  • Ensure reliable outcomes through thorough prototype testing.
  • Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process.
  • Support other departments by creating product Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with third-party fillers and the warehouse to ensure adherence to proper procedures.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team to generate fresh and imaginative product ideas that captivate our customers.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions for presenting our products in retail stores, making sure they stand out.
  • Initiate collaborations with other brands, exploring opportunities for partnership and mutual growth.
  • Assist in managing documentation and work closely with the legal team for patenting future New Product Developments (NPD).
  • Engage and work collaboratively with various departments to support NPD operations, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Keep track of all NPD updates and effectively communicate this information to other departments and executives.
  • Work alongside the Product Manager to liaise with vendors and oversee the production process.
  • Help identify better solutions for existing products, constantly striving for improvement.
  • Help develop packaging and other collateral for NPD.
