Responsibilities
- Provides Agile project management and workforce direction for Rogue Blue SWF (RBS) SWF Platform team
- Manages Agile and Service Delivery processes
- Schedules implementation with operations and Government stakeholders
- Provides Implementation Plan for each Request for Change (RFC)
- Controls implementations roll-backs
- Develops Release Plans
- Works with RBS SWF teams to actively document lessons learned through retrospectives and promotes sharing of best practices and lessons learned across agile development teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation: ITIL 4 Managing Professional; or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL I, II); Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM); or Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert; or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); or Certified DevOps Leader (DOL); or Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
