Responsibilities
- Provide reliable, cost-effective energy and utilities to all Aritzia workplaces
- Implement a systematic approach to maintaining all physical spaces by adhering to maintenance schedules, ensuring upkeep, optimal conditions and the prevention of asset damage
- Identify and address potential maintenance opportunities before they arise, taking preventative measures to optimize performance, longevity, and efficiency
- Assess and address breakage & wear within our physical spaces after they occur to restore functionality and minimize disruption
- Manage maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across our business
