Requirements
- Excel

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC/Fire Alarm/plumbing/electrical/etc.
Responsibilities
- Receive guests entering the building, providing assistance as well as signing them in.
- Answer and transfer calls
- Monitor Security Cameras and alert Facilities as needed
- Building Access Card Administration
- Respond and follow up to email correspondence
- Provide National Facilities Administrative Support
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in facilities management or similar is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC/Fire Alarm/plumbing/electrical/etc. is preferred
