Requirements
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience in records or data management required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Demonstrated experience with training delivery and module development
- Familiarity with electronic records concepts and systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and development of the regional records management program.
- Analyze records management problems and propose strategies for improvement.
- Provide responses to records-related inquiries using automated systems and databases.
- Assist with the development of standard operating procedures and training modules.
- Records center operations and the Versatile tracking system
- Electronic records management
- EPA regional records and file plans
- Confidential Business Information (CBI) handling
- Serve as a liaison to records management customers in a service bureau environment.
- Maintain and update records center documentation.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic records concepts, file organization, and procedural compliance.
- Administer and manage records-related databases.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams proficiently in daily tasks.
