Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally having spent some time in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing offers and closing candidates

- You’re a natural at cross-team collaboration
- Flexible and outcome-focused, you have a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ way of getting things done, even if it means scheduling candidates
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process – Partner with leadership to define needs, scope roles, and manage all parts of the recruiting cycle for a variety of roles and functions.
- Create sourcing strategies – Develop innovative approaches to build diverse candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
- Dive into full-cycle – You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience across the business.
- Optimize processes – We’re scaling rapidly. You’ll help continuously improve our recruitment workflows and systems.
- Ad-hoc projects – Work cross-functionally to build or revamp existing programs (ie – interviewer training, recruiting events, content, and employer brand-building strategies).
