Requirements
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for timely, end-to-end recruiting delivery against goals.
- Manage strong partnerships with global teams (where applicable) and with partner teams (e.g., Comp, TE, Scheduling).
- Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) and candidates with delivery and experience based orientation.
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate for the applicant and create an excellent experience, supporting applicant assessment, evaluating applicant skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- 3 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
- Experience in Data Center Recruiting.
