Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruiting coordination experience, either in an agency or internal setting.
- Exceptional People Skills: Empathetic, patient, and confident with a natural ability to build rapport across diverse personalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and concisely.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday; familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with candidates to create a welcoming and positive hiring experience.
- Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and communications to ensure an efficient and seamless process.
- Partner with the recruiting team to support creative sourcing strategies and identify high-caliber talent for open roles.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job postings, and support candidate screening.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Act as a champion for candidates, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout their hiring journey.
- Monitor key recruiting metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and enhance outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques or tools.
- Background in recruitment for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
