Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and job boards.
- Creative content creation skills, with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to build awareness of Newrez as an employer of choice in the mortgage industry.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure recruitment marketing projects are completed on time and tasks are followed through to successful completion.
- Enhance and promote Newrez’s employer brand through digital platforms, job boards, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Produce engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) for job postings, social media platforms, and recruitment campaigns to highlight Newrez’s culture, values, and employee benefits.
- Manage and grow Newrez’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Handshake, showcasing job opportunities and company culture.
- Work closely with recruiting team, marketing and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for social campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage online employer reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, ensuring Newrez maintains a positive employer image.
- Promote and manage content creation for career fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Canva experience is a plus.
- Experience with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM systems, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
