Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Recruiting Operations or a related field
- Proficiency in pulling reports, analyzing data, documenting metrics, and identifying trends
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and adept at handling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting
- Proficiency across the Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.), Slack, and Smartsheets for team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the recruiting tech stack to enhance efficiency and support the employee experience.
- Develop and refine recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline both internal workflows and the candidate experience.
- Ensure adoption, maintain governance, and hold teams accountable while analyzing recruiting data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Align recruiting strategies with overall business objectives and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the documentation and maintenance of processes, ensuring all resources are organized and easily accessible on our knowledge platform.
- Coordinate logistics for live enablement experiences in partnership with the Global Recruiting Enablement Team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in recruiting systems and tools (Workday, GoodTime, HackerRank)
- Ability to switch between tactical and strategic mindsets
- Can work independently with some direction and coaching
