Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • The ability to be self-motivated while performing a number of different tasks.

  • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to meet the requirements to be an approved Park University vehicle operator.

Responsibilities

  • Generate inquiries for Park University and support incoming students in navigating through the entire enrollment process to increase likelihood of attendance.
  • Grow brand awareness and student interest in Park University to yield a desired number of inquiries and applicants annually.
  • Identify potential students who want to start or further their education at Park University.
  • Initiate and nurture external and internal relationships that influence potential student decision making and increase the likelihood of student attendance.
  • Ensure that Park University achieves new student enrollment goals by providing a consistent/growing student inquiry and working with the students.
  • Collect inquiries from all outreach efforts and input daily.
  • Understand the Park University value statements and deliver enthusiastic Park University presentations and University tours.
  • Promote and represent the university at fairs and recruiting events as approved by admissions leadership.
  • Provide collaboration and attendance at admissions events.
  • Provide on-campus communication with prospective students through various methods to build relationships and assist them with the application and enrollment process.
  • Cross Collaborate with multiple offices effectively to support the students’ progress, questions, and paperwork.
  • Work closely with the Director of Enrollment and Student Services to create exceptional campus visit experiences and athletic coaches support as necessary.
  • Engage and support prospective incoming students and families to increase likelihood of student attendance.
  • Communicate effectively with students throughout the transition from non-matriculated to a matriculated student status.
  • Implement and refine the strategy and communication schedule that will create and foster relationships to grow brand awareness and generate student interest in Park University.
  • Support data entry using the University CRM to assure students are admitted and attend Park.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference given to candidates with advising, marketing, or sales experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with working knowledge and experience with a wide range of computer technology such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), databases, telephony and constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
