Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a talent acquisition or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, such as, Workday
- Proficiency with Concur or a similar expense management tool
- Ability to work cross functionally effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs
Responsibilities
- Schedule all candidate interviews, including arranging air travel, hotel, and car when applicable
- Greet all incoming applicants and escort them to interview where applicable
- Process expense reports for candidate travel
- Post job openings to various job boards and social media platforms
- Assist with immigration processes and documentation for candidates who require work authorization
- Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting on multiple requisitions during expansions, as needed
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with any other administrative tasks and projects as needed
