Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a talent acquisition or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, such as, Workday
  • Proficiency with Concur or a similar expense management tool
  • Ability to work cross functionally effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all candidate interviews, including arranging air travel, hotel, and car when applicable
  • Greet all incoming applicants and escort them to interview where applicable
  • Process expense reports for candidate travel
  • Post job openings to various job boards and social media platforms
  • Assist with immigration processes and documentation for candidates who require work authorization
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting on multiple requisitions during expansions, as needed
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with any other administrative tasks and projects as needed
