Requirements
- Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
- Safety Focus: Maintain a safe work environment by following Tyson Foods’ safety protocols and procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain detailed records.
- Must have a minimum of six (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer within the last twelve (12) months or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last three (3) years.
Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor and record temperatures of hot box coolers to ensure optimal performance.
- Efficiently control condensation to maintain system integrity and prevent issues.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the spray chill system, including safety and showcase work orders in designated areas.
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand and execute instructions received via radio.
- Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- Complete maintenance level training and adhere to grooming standards (clean-shaven).
