Requirements

  • Understand the Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management and key processes (eg purchase order creation to goods arrival, total lead time, transportation, constraints, supplier’s manufacturing processes)
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Working knowledge of Bills of Materials structure
  • Have worked in Program or NPI Management roles
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage dynamic priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage RPI Operational and Global Supply Chain activities to ensure they are aligned to FAI, PV, and FCS schedules dates.
  • Build and supply Clear To Build (CTB) reporting for each Product being released from Teardown through to cabinet configurations.
  • RPI project status reporting, covering ERP readiness through to material delivery status.
  • Ensure that the planning parameters are captured and entered into the ERP for both new and refurbished (T Parts) materials.
  • Coordinates material delivery schedules for assigned direct materials, ensuring they are tracked to key milestones within the Project.
  • Coordinate RPI material Supplier selection and Request For Quote (RFQ) processes.
  • Coordinate RPI ECO’s are signed off and released into ERP within the agreed time frame.
  • Monitor open purchase orders and delivery status of materials and expedite deliveries as required.
  • Ad hoc requests and activities as required, to support business goals and targets.
  • Able to lead and direct and/or small teams to achieve RPI release dates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
