Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the region’s market dynamics
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed performance expectations
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster team development
