Requirements
- 3-5 years of wholesaling experience, preferably in Life products, or experience as a Life Sales Manager responsible for coaching, teaching, training, and joint work with Advisors
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Life Insurance business, including an understanding of the sales process and the dynamics of selling Life Insurance products
- Ability to drive sales objectives
- Understanding of advanced markets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong understanding of compliance
- Current Life and variable licenses in resident state and all states within territory
- FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 licenses required
Responsibilities
- Achieving premium objectives within an assigned territory that includes financial professionals within Prudential’s Agency Distribution channel
- Working closely with producers to increase their revenue through the sale of life insurance
- Developing strong business relationships
- Strengthening case development skills, constructing client presentations, and accompanying the producer to client meetings
- Delivering sales concepts, product information, competitive data, and providing technical guidance to producers
- Interacting with producers primarily through individual meetings, as well as large group meetings and small group sessions
- Traveling and engaging virtually as required
Preferred Qualifications
- CLU, ChFC, CFP or similar designations preferred
- Travel is required
