Requirements
- Qualified Registered Dietician with relevant certifications/registration or license in the state registered and approved to practice.
- Fluent in Spanish bilingual English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely via telehealth
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized dietary plans for clients with rare diseases
- Provide ongoing dietary counselling and support to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with individuals with rare diseases is ideal but not essential
