Requirements
- Work experience within an office environment.
- Experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Employee must become registry certified.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties including all or some of the following:
- Assist customers and Personal and Commercial Lines Account Managers with registry transactions.
- Responsible for reviewing registry forms for accuracy and content.
- Coordinate Registry appointments and make trips to Registry office(s), when needed.
- Assist Account Managers with any Registry related questions.
- Input information into database systems and upload documents, attachments and scans as required.
- Sort and file documents.
- Work on assigned tasks / special projects as assigned by Manager.
- Type or word-process correspondence and forms, as needed.
- Sort, prioritize and distribute documentation.
- Maintain files and records.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
