Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as an independent financial advisor; as a relationship manager and/or sales professional at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization; or as a consultant specializing in financial services at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers
- Technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks (i.e., Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Deliver results; demonstrate our core values to not only achieve individual quarterly and annual quota, but also support the success of the entire company
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position Altruist, our platform, and specific features (e.g., rebalancer, Model Marketplace)
- Leverage consultative relationship skills to build trust with advisors, educate them, and be a strategic resource in helping them grow, compete and succeed all connected with the overall Altruist offering
- Develop strong relationships with the various strategic players at the Advisor firm
- Ultimately, move up Buy/Sell Hierarchy with Advisor firm
- Systematically capture advisor feedback to help inform company priorities (e.g., product roadmap, marketing campaigns)
- Contribute to supporting team goals including sales, service, product and other areas as we strive to achieve company-wide objectives
- Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce of engagements with the various user buyer types of the advisor firm
- Demonstrate coachability and growth mindset; absorb and apply feedback from sales leadership to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a fast-growing B2B startup
- FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses
