Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in child and family services field
- At least two years’ experience in child and family services
Responsibilities
- Promote the well-being of children
- Teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families
- Work with relative-kinship caregivers to train and support them and the children in their home
- Facilitate kinship meetings and identify potential kinship and/or relative placement options
- Provide on-call support to caregivers and crisis intervention as needed
- Coordinate community resources for the children served
