Requirements
- Bachelors in an Engineering field such as Physics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience
- 3+ years experience running technical programs with cross-functional teams with a Bachelor’s or 1+ year with a Masters or PhD
- Proficient programming skills in Python or similar languages, with experience in automation, database management, and API integration.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage technical programs focused on the reliability of consumer hardware products
- Drive reliability testing protocols and procedures for consumer electronics technology
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze failure modes and develop strategies to improve product durability and performance
- Prepare and present detailed reports and updates on program status to collaborators and senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and manufacturing, to ensure project landmarks are met
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging a culture of reliability and quality
- Support automation efforts to improve reliability testing and data analysis
- Manage schedules and program budgets, including tracking lab test equipment and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in an Engineering field such as Physics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience
- 1+ years of experience supporting reliability in audio-focused consumer electronics
- 3+ years of experience in hardware reliability and program management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
- Expert user of Tableau or other business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting.
