Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or project-related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector.
- 5+ years of business leadership experience.
- Professional licensure in a technical field or PMP certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead issue resolution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of project and market financial metrics.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in persuasion and negotiation.
- Knowledge of forecasting, finance, human resources, and legal aspects of business leadership.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the financial health of the market and taking corrective action.
- Staying updated on market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with other departments to plan for and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Fostering growth and satisfaction among market staff.
- Contributing to the development of market strategic plans.
- Demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between teams to improve quality and reduce risk.

- Performing Go/No-Go review on new leads to ensure strategic alignment.
- Ensuring clear communication and collaboration between service and market teams on program projects.
